ARCO/Murray is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with an engineering background to drive project performance and profitability from day one. The role encompasses estimating, scheduling, design review, and coordination with owners and the design team, ensuring value through cost-saving ideas and proactive management.

You will work with subcontractors, oversee buyouts, and lead bi-weekly site meetings while maintaining integrity and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s of Engineering program or related field of study.
• Open to fulltime opportunity post grad.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0.
• Prior construction internship experience is a plus.
• Extracurricular involvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer a project including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reports and progress billing.
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate.
• Collaborate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings to review scope, discuss cost-saving ideas and value engineering.
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection.
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
• Organize and manage multiple activities to achieve results.
• Commit to quality by evaluating project-related processes.
