Job summary

ARCO Murray Construction Company in Tampa, FL seeks an entry-level Project Manager passionate about the construction process. You will drive project performance, budgeting and coordination with owners and design teams from day one.

The role requires a BS in Engineering or related field, 0–5 years of experience and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project. This is a growth-focused position with strong mentorship and hands-on responsibilities.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field with a minimum 3.0 GPA
• 0-5 years of construction management or engineering design experience
• Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer project tasks including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting and cost reporting
• Develop preliminary concept drawings with designers and owners
• Participate in owner meetings to review scope, reduce costs and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee buyout process and subcontractor selection
• Lead bi-weekly job site meetings and ensure timely decisions under deadlines
• Organize multiple activities to meet project goals and maintain client satisfaction
