ARCO Murray Construction Company in Tampa, FL is seeking an entry-level Project Manager passionate about construction to join our team. You’ll be responsible for project performance from day one, coordinating with owners and the design team to drive value and quality.

Qualifications: BS in Engineering or related field with a 3.0+ GPA, 0–5 years in construction management or engineering design, and proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Project.

• 0–5 years' construction management or engineering design experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of a project, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, reports, progress billing, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety and proposal preparation
• Ensure an accurate and complete project estimate
• Work with owners and the design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in the proposal meeting with the owner to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and the selection of subcontractors
• Conduct bi-weekly job site meetings
