Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Project Manager on-site to drive design-build projects ranging from $20 million to over $200 million. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with the superintendent to deliver high-quality results.

The role requires a strong safety record, experience with cost reporting and subcontractor management, and the ability to travel nationwide as needed. This is a fast-paced, safety-sensitive position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field required.
• 6–10 years of experience managing construction projects ($25+ million).
• Strong safety record and commitment to quality.
• Experience with set-up, budget planning, buyout, and cost reporting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Experience leading a project management team.

Responsibilities

• Develop project cost reports and participate in quarterly cost projections.
• Coordinate with superintendent on site logistics and subcontractor management.
• Oversee submittals, change orders, and pay requests.
• Contribute to project close-out, scheduling, and QA processes.
• Ensure safety and affirmative action programs are implemented.
