ARCO Design/Build is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion in the United States. You will manage estimating, proposals, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution, partnering with owners and the design team for value-added solutions.

The role requires 3–5 years of GC experience (design/build preferred), proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Manage project estimating, proposal preparation, contract negotiations, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution.
• Coordinate with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings.
• Participate in proposal meetings with owner to review scope and provide value engineering ideas.
• Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors.
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings.
• Partner with Superintendent to ensure safety, quality control, and schedule.
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines.
