Job summary

ARCO National Construction Company in the United States seeks a construction project professional to lead complex builds, including budgeting, scheduling, and design review. You will collaborate with owners and design teams, oversee subcontractor buyouts, and run biweekly site meetings to ensure safety and quality while meeting deadlines.

Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management is required; 3–5 years GC experience; design/build preferred, with extensive estimating and contract

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of construction experience running projects with a general contractor; design/build preferred
• Estimating experience required

Responsibilities

• Manage project aspects: estimating, proposals, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, design review, and execution
• Work closely with owners and design team to develop preliminary concept drawings
• Participate in proposal meetings with owners to review scope and provide value engineering ideas
• Oversee the buyout process and selection of subcontractors
• Conduct biweekly jobsite meetings and partner with the Superintendent to ensure safety, quality and schedule
• Make sound decisions under tight deadlines
