Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cost reports and status updates.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and internal partners.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, invoices, permits and change requests.
• Monitor progress via site visits, meetings, inspections and tracking.
• Identify and resolve routine issues; escalate risks as needed.
• Support vendor selection, contract administration and procurement.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes; coordinate handoff to maintenance.
