Job summary

Walton Enterprises seeks a Manager, Construction to oversee projects from planning through closeout across multiple sites, coordinating schedules, budgets, vendors and documentation. The position emphasizes reviewing drawings and contracts, managing permits, and ensuring compliance with codes. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction management or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in CM, engineering, architecture, real estate, or related field.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through closeout, coordinating schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal partners.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, invoices, change requests, permits, and docs.
• Monitor progress via site visits, meetings, inspections, and issue tracking.
• Identify and resolve routine project issues; escalate risks as needed.
• Support vendor selection, procurement, and contractor performance follow-up.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance; handoff to maintenance teams.
