Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience in commercial and/or residential construction.
• Design-build experience with exposure to multiple construction disciplines.
• Strong use of construction project management software; Procore preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the United States.
• Experience managing multiple projects and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of commercial and residential construction projects from planning to delivery.
• Select subcontractors, manage schedules, documentation, contracts, and change orders.
• Handle monthly billing and monitor job costs to maximize gross profit.
• Coordinate with field personnel, superintendents, and clients to maintain schedule.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to permits and codes.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear communications among stakeholders.
• Administer RFIs, submittals, and project records via PM systems.
