Job summary

Design Hire LLC in Reno, NV seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and institutional building projects. You will coordinate project teams, manage scheduling, and track financial performance to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has a strong commercial GC background with exposure to educational facilities, municipal, or publicly funded projects. Procore experience and leadership skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of construction project management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Procore experience required.
• Background in K-12, educational, municipal, institutional, or public sector construction strongly preferred.
• Experience managing subcontractors, construction budgets, project schedules, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with preconstruction activities, constructability reviews, and coordination with architects and engineers.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Sage Timberline, Primavera P6, or comparable CM software preferred.
