Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, co-workers, vendors, suppliers and community stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, scheduling, training, and profitability goals for each project.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for scope compliance.
• Coordinate interrelated activities of subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and customers.
• Prepare reports to manage the project, such as progress schedules and status reports.
• May be responsible for estimating efforts relative to the project and proposal preparation.
