• Minimum of five consecutive years of total profit and loss accountability on multiple projects.
• Experience managing design/build or hard bid projects across markets.
• Ability to mentor and train other project staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead project administration including meetings, minutes, and action items.
• Monitor budget, costs, and profitability; issue change orders as needed.
• Oversee project master schedule and coordination with Field Ops, A/E Services, and MEP Services.
• Develop and implement risk management, safety, and quality programs.
• Foster and maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, and consultants.
