Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and with trade partners.
• Proficiency in project management software: Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to job site safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from award through final completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance.
• Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Oversee project closeout, punch list completion, and warranty follow-up.
• Serve as primary point of contact for commercial clients and cultivate relationships.
• Prepare budgets and cost forecasts; review subcontractor bids and negotiate contracts.
