Job summary

Berglund Construction Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager - Construction to lead complex projects across commercial, healthcare, K-12 and higher education sectors. You will deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards while cultivating strong client relationships to drive repeat business.

The role reports to the Vice President and collaborates with leadership, PMs, superintendents, and field teams across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or engineering preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive project management experience in construction.
• Proven track record delivering projects in multiple markets (commercial, healthcare, K-12, higher education).
• Knowledge of construction methods, contracts, scheduling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of commercial construction projects from award through final completion.
• Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, cost controls, and resource allocation across markets.
• Direct subcontractors, vendor selection, and field personnel.
• Review plans, specs, and contracts for compliance; monitor progress, quality and safety.
