Job summary

AllSearch Professional Staffing, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets and safety are maintained.

The role coordinates with owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors to deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting quality standards. A background with Sage, MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction or similar environments.
• 2+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction means and methods, building codes, contracts and administration.
• Experience with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, change orders, and subcontractor coordination.
• Proficiency in Sage, MS Project or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and industrial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
• Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, quality assurance, and construction activities.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel throughout the construction process.
• Prepare and monitor construction schedules, project budgets, cost reports, change orders, and progress billings.
• Manage contracts, subcontractor agreements, project documentation, and contract administration.
• Conduct project meetings and coordinate activities with project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Monitor compliance with building codes, construction specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
• Identify and address project risks, scheduling conflicts, budget variances, and construction issues.
• Provide project oversight and technical guidance to project engineers, superintendents, and field staff.
