Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of commercial construction or project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with project documentation and MS Office/Microsoft Project or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs, contracts to understand scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop, maintain, and distribute project schedules; manage long-lead materials and subcontractor mobilization.
• Prepare and submit monthly owner billing applications and change orders; review invoices.
