Qualifications

• 4+ years managing commercial construction projects (drywall and metal framing a must).
• Experience with project coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with Procore, Takeoff, and estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Run projects from preconstruction through close-out.
• Build and maintain the schedule and track costs.
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, and field leadership.
• Resolve conflicts with other trades to avoid delays.
• Support and develop assistant project managers.
