Job summary

Stewart & Tate Inc. project engineers assist Project Managers in delivering projects within budget and schedule, ensuring quality per construction documents. You will help with pricing, tracking change orders, and coordinating updates to drawings with owners and subs.

Responsibilities include compiling end-of-project manuals, maintaining progress logs, attending PM meetings, reviewing billings, and supporting CPM scheduling while communicating clearly and meeting deadlines under pressure.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Comfort with handling deadlines and coordinating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pricing, submitting, recording and tracking of all Owner and Subcontractor Change Order Requests.
• Record and incorporate supplementary sketches into contract drawings.
• Compile Operations and Maintenance Manuals at project completion.
• Maintain Logs for distribution at Progress Meetings.
• Attend Project Manager Meetings.
• Assist Project Manager in reviewing Subcontractor and Owner Progress Billings.
• Assist the Project Manager in CPM scheduling.
