Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of project management services and contribute to business development and staff growth. You will manage client and project teams, oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting through all project phases from Preconstruction to Closeout.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of construction management experience across diverse building types, with strong communication, leadership, and financial acumen;

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of experience in building types and construction management across all phases.
• Strong communication, problem solving, numeracy and financial management skills; ability to write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Client and project team to meet project goals and outcomes.
• Liaise with clients and assist in project-related decisions.
• Plan, organize, and direct PM functions through all phases: Preconstruction, Construction, Closeout.
• Produce cost and status reports aligned with client objectives.
• May mentor an internal project support team or work independently.
• Identify opportunities to add value and enhance client outcomes.
