Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering, or related field, or relevant experience.
• 5–10 years of experience in a variety of building types and construction management through all phases of construction.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, numeracy and financial management skills; ability to write clear and precise reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Client and project team to deliver projects that meet goals and outcomes.
• Serve as liaison with clients and assist with project-related decisions.
• Plan, organize, and direct project management across all phases: Preconstruction, Construction, Closeout.
• Maintain cost and status reports to meet client objectives.
• May mentor an internal project support team or work independently.
• Contribute to team performance through collaboration and effective communication.
• Identify opportunities to add value to achieve desired outcomes and take on additional duties as assigned.
