Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) seeks a Project Manager to lead delivery across the project lifecycle, balancing client goals with internal operations. You will manage client and project teams, maintain budget and schedule control, and mentor junior staff while pursuing opportunities to add value for clients.

Reporting to the Office Director, you’ll coordinate design, procurement, and construction phases, ensure quality, and communicate clearly with stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture or engineering.
• 5–10 years of experience in various building types and full project management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, strong problem-solving and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of the Client and project team. Delivers projects that meet the Client's goals and outcomes.
• Serve as liaison with clients and assist with all project-related decisions.
• Plan, organize, and direct project management functions through all phases: Preconstruction, Construction, Closeout.
• Maintain budget and schedule control; produce cost/status reports; mentor internal staff as needed.
