Responsibilities

• Manages complex construction projects across hospitality, healthcare, airports, etc., with project leadership.
• Plans and organizes project staff and management processes per requirements.
• Ensures design compliance and quality control with standards and client contracts.
• Oversees scheduling, design changes, and drawing releases.
• Monitors budgets, expenditures, and resource allocation; prepares status reports.
• Maintains professional client communication and collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
• Drives project objectives, timelines, and value-added opportunities for clients.
