Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, Kansas is seeking a Project Manager to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. You will review plans, coordinate materials, vendors, and schedules, and communicate with clients and management.

Candidates with a bachelor's degree preferred and at least 6 months in building materials/construction, strong Excel/Office skills, and ERP/Procore experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and a minimum of 6 months of work experience in building materials/construction

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, ordering materials, installer requirements, and coordinate schedules with outside vendors.
• Responsible for financial success of projects within budget and timeframe.
• Discuss and present product recommendations and solutions to customers for job-specific requirements.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Monitor submittals, track job materials, and coordinate deliveries.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
