DH Pace Company, Inc. in Olathe, Kansas is seeking a Project Manager to ensure project objectives are met on schedule and within budget through effective planning, directing, and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, coordinating with vendors and customers, managing materials, and presenting recommendations. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred and at least 6 months of related experience, with strong proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and ERP/Procore systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with minimum 6 months of related experience.
• High attention to detail and a drive to succeed.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook; experience with ERP (IFS) or Procore systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine materials needed, ordering materials, installer requirements, and coordinating with outside vendors.
• Responsible for financial success of projects within budget and timeframe.
• Discuss and present product recommendations and solutions to customers for job specific requirements.
• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
• Monitor submittals, track job materials, and coordinate deliveries.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
