SRE Building Associates seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead projects from start to finish, keeping budgets, schedules, and client expectations aligned. This role requires coordinating with subcontractors, designers, and the site team to ensure smooth delivery and strong results.

You will communicate clearly with clients and partners, read plans, and guide a cross-functional team through pre-construction to closeout, driving timely decisions and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Experience managing schedules, budgets, and overall project coordination.
• Strong organizational and planning skills for cost control and timelines.
• Clear written and verbal communication across clients, subs and designers.
• Knowledge of construction methods and sequencing.
• Ability to read Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans.
• Proven leadership and team management with the Superintendent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and openness to PM software.

Construction Project Manager

What you’ll need to be our Construction Project Manager:

• Previous experience in the construction industry, with demonstrated success managing schedules, budgets, and overall project coordination
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Proven ability to communicate project details clearly and effectively across audiences (clients, subcontractors, etc.) through various mediums
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read and understand Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to closely collaborate with the Superintendent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn construction and project management software
