The role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to maintain strong relationships and drive project success.

You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, and change management, coordinate with clients and vendors, and use data to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial or retail construction.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of construction methods, financial controls, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, estimating support, bid reviews, and execution to ensure scope, cost control, and efficient delivery
• Manage schedules, budgets, quality, and risk from project start through completion
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align expectations and maintain consistent communication
• Oversee site progress, safety, documentation, and change management to support overall project performance
