LeoForce is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee multifamily and retail construction projects, coordinating budgets, timelines, subcontractors, and client communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in construction project management or similar role.
• Proven experience in construction management, cost control, budgeting, contract management, negotiation, scheduling, planning, and problem-solving.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction specialists to meet specifications and timelines.
• Develop and manage budgets and schedules, ensuring cost control and on-time delivery.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and resolve issues.
• Implement and oversee project plans, identify risks, and devise contingency plans.
• Monitor progress and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to troubleshoot on-site issues.
• Conduct post-project evaluation to improve future delivery.
