Acts Retirement-Life Communities seeks a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee on-site building and renovation projects across the community, supervise the team, and maintain a safe work environment.

You will handle material orders, scheduling, quotes, permits, inspections, and perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience as construction supervisor or construction management.
• Understanding of blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (OSHA).
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Oversee construction projects on-site across the community.
• Supervise the construction team and maintain a safe work environment.
• Order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and control timeline.
• Permitting, inspections coordination, and scheduling.
• Perform drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry tasks as needed.
