The Project Manager 3 is responsible for the daily management, supervision, coordination and successful completion construction projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration functions. Simultaneously manages multiple technical complex projects or single projects in aggregate generally above $30 million. Assumes the duties of a facility site manager as needed. The position requires the ability to manage projects within the state of Florida. May have International traveling. Estimated salary range for this position is $105647.55 - $137341.82 / year depending on experience.
