Baptist Health is hiring a Construction Project Manager III to join the Construction Design Management team. This is a full‑time opportunity located on the downtown campus of Baptist Health.

Experienced Construction Project Manager with 15+ years of project management or 10+ years of Healthcare construction experience. Demonstrated contractor oversight, cost estimating, and cost control of large medical facility projects, including building, infrastructure, and site. Familiar with national healthcare construction codes, guidelines, and best practices. Experienced in user, administration, and facilities engagement, medical equipment coordination, complex interior renovations, and greenfield project construction. Has handled consultant contracts and overseen internal team members. Will develop, maintain, and oversee protocols, databases, and strategies to achieve the most efficient and effective cost control on large‑scale construction projects and serve as a team member within the Baptist Design & Construction department.
