Job summary

Terbo Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and healthcare construction projects in Florida from planning through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, and client coordination while leading meetings and guiding site teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare/hospital construction, deep knowledge of AHCA/ICRA requirements, and proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction.
• Healthcare or hospital construction experience required.
• Knowledge of AHCA and ICRA requirements.
• Experience managing AHCA inspections successfully.
• Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Valid Florida Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and overall project performance.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project correspondence in Procore.
• Oversee permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
• Review and process invoices, billing applications, and Schedule of Values.
• Ensure compliance with AHCA, ICRA, safety requirements, and project specifications.
• Support project turnover, closeout, and warranty documentation.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and support team development.
