Job summary

ETS-Lindgren is seeking a Construction Project Manager 2 to plan, schedule, oversee construction and service management of projects across our energy management platforms. You will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and communicating with contractors, designers, customers, and users to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.

You will act as a liaison between customer, engineering, manufacturing, and sales, and prepare status reports while maintaining all related documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 2-4 years of construction management experience.
• Experience leading small to medium risk projects or business initiatives.
• Experience dealing with multiple concurrent engagements.
• Experience managing all project related documentation.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 30% travel (site visits/meetings).

Position Description

• Plan, schedule, oversee and direct construction or service management of projects
• Fiscal responsibility for assigned projects, including projects costs, profitability, and forecasting
• Communicate directly with contractors, designers, customers, and users concerning project requirements, costs, staffing, and scheduling
• Act as liaison between customer, engineering, manufacturing, and sales
• Prepare project status reports and work to ensure plans adhere to contract specifications
• Responsible for all project related paperwork; this can include documentation of conversations, change orders, and customer notifications
• Responsible for the review of bill of materials, test reports, time sheets, and expense reports of field personnel
• Document and report all warranty and rework issues related to assigned projects
• Conduct project reviews and feedback on the internal process of project completion
• Suggest and implement improvements where needed
• May need to apply for US Security Clearance

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 2-4 years of construction management experience
• Experience leading small to medium risk projects or business initiatives
• Experience dealing with multiple concurrent engagements
• Experience managing all project related documentation
• Valid Driver's License
• 30% travel (site visits/meetings)

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• LEED Certification

Compensation Information

Base salary range $104,000 - $122,000 USD (Annually)
