Job summary

ETS-Lindgren is seeking a CAD/BIM Designer to create RF shielded enclosures and related architectural, electrical, and mechanical construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD. You will collaborate with customers, general contractors, PMs, and architects on domestic and international projects, ensuring designs meet codes and site requirements.

The role emphasizes BIM modeling, detailed drawings, and data documentation, supporting diverse construction environments from commercial to healthcare.

Qualifications

• AA degree in CAD, BIM Technology or 3 years BIM modeling experience
• 1–3 years of experience in an Industrial Architecture design/build firm using CAD and Revit
• Experience with building codes, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs
• Experience drawing rough and detailed scaled plans for foundations, buildings and structures, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data
• Experience obtaining and assembling data to complete architectural designs, visiting job sites to accurately document existing conditions as necessary
• Ensure installation compliance with design specifications and provide guidance of any design changes
• Experience working in a variety of construction environments including commercial, government, industrial and health care related projects
• Experience reading and interpreting detailed drawings and specifications
• Working knowledge of good dimensioning and tolerance principles
• Solid organizational/communication (outlook, skype, phone etc.) skills and the ability to handle numerous priorities simultaneously

Compensation Information

Base salary range $50,000 - $65,000 USD (Annually)
