Job summary

SRE Building Associates is seeking a Construction Project Manager to own projects from pre-construction to closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and maintain client expectations on mountain home projects. You will lead with urgency, coordinating clients, subcontractors, and designers to keep momentum and high-quality results.

You will collaborate closely with the Superintendent, drive proactive risk management, and uphold safety and company standards while delivering projects on time and

Responsibilities

As one of our Construction Project Managers, you’ll take ownership of construction projects as you closely manage the budget and schedule, quickly solve problems, and hold people to clear expectations without losing sight of client expectations. What you’ll need to be our Construction Project Manager:

• Previous experience in the construction industry, with demonstrated success managing schedules, budgets, and overall project coordination
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills, with proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and cost controls
• Proven ability to communicate project details clearly and effectively across audiences (clients, subcontractors, etc.) through various mediums
• Thorough knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
• Ability to read and understand Architectural, Structural, and MEP plans
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to closely collaborate with the project Superintendent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn construction and project management software
