Walker Property Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This hands-on role is travel-heavy and supports high-profile customers, requiring deep knowledge of multiple trades to train crews and supervise crews on-site.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in commercial construction and all trades.
• Strong understanding of construction terminology, estimating, scheduling, and reading construction documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Must be focused on building relationships with customers and customer representatives while consistently providing a positive outlook even through stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes.
• Recruit, train, and manage subcontractors and crew supervisors.
• Maintain strict safety protocols and conduct site evaluations.
• This is a hands-on role where all employees, regardless of title, actively contribute on job sites.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues proactively.
