Job description

DIRECT HIRE
Location: Tualatin, OR
Pay: $75,000-$90,000 DOE + 3.5% Commission with NO CAP
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, with flexibility as projects require
Who We Are:

We’re partnering with a well-established restoration and construction company that handles everything from residential projects to large commercial, industrial, and institutional work throughout the region. This is a fast-moving environment where no two projects are exactly the same. Their team takes pride in responding quickly, solving problems, taking care of their customers, and getting the job done right. They’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, lead from the front, and keep all the moving pieces headed in the right direction.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage multiple construction and restoration projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate schedules, subcontractors, field crews, materials, and project timelines
  • Serve as the main point of communication between customers, field teams, subcontractors, adjusters, consultants, and leadership
  • Manage emergency response projects involving water, fire, smoke, and board-up services
  • Review scopes, budgets, labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track and profitable
  • Provide consistent project updates and reporting to leadership
  • Coordinate permits, inspections, certifications, and other project requirements
  • Help manage project billing, collections, payment terms, and A/R follow-up
  • Use Salesforce for work orders, forecasting, reporting, and project tracking
  • Ensure projects meet OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company safety requirements
  • Be willing to get out in the field when needed — this is not a Project Manager role where you’ll spend every day behind a desk!
What’s In It for You:
  • $75K-$90K base salary DOE
  • 3.5% commission with NO CAP
  • Direct-hire opportunity
  • Opportunity to manage a wide variety of projects — residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional
  • High level of ownership and autonomy
  • A role where your performance directly impacts your earning potential
  • Join an established company with a strong reputation and long-term growth opportunities
  • Plenty of variety for someone who enjoys being busy, solving problems, and making things happen
What You Need to Have:
  • 3+ years of Project Management or Superintendent experience within construction and/or restoration
  • Strong understanding of structural construction and restoration processes
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Commercial and residential project experience preferred
  • Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field teams, and project documentation
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and Salesforce
  • Comfortable working in active jobsite environments including dust, noise, uneven terrain, and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear full/half-face respirators when required
  • Current asbestos, lead, and mold certifications
  • IICRC AMRT Certification
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Forklift Certification is a plus

We’re looking for someone who is organized, accountable, confident with customers, and calm under pressure. If you’re the type of Project Manager who takes ownership, communicates well, and doesn’t need to be chased down to get things done, we want to talk to you.

If you’re an experienced construction or restoration professional ready for your next move — especially one where your earning potential isn’t capped — let’s talk!
