Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore in Salem, OR is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. You will build schedules, manage budgets, coordinate crews and communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to keep every project on track.

The role is in-person in the greater Salem area. Candidates must live locally or be willing to relocate and have a proven ability to own projects and deliver a

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience managing construction or restoration projects.
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organized with ability to manage deadlines without oversight.
• Experience with budgets, scheduling, subcontractors, and job costing.
• Leadership mindset and ownership of projects.
• Restoration or insurance reconstruction experience a plus.

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission with earning potential of $70,000–$85,000+ per year
• The better your projects perform, the more you earn

Requirements

• Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Ability to pass a background check (covering records from age 18)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
• Must be able to work in-person in the greater Salem, OR area
