Job summary

The ServiceMaster Company, LLC in Oregon is seeking a construction project manager with 4–10 years of experience in restoration projects to lead end-to-end efforts. You will build and manage full project schedules, coordinate repairs with internal crews and subcontractors, and communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and insurance representatives.

Package

Base salary with commission that can bring earnings between $70,000 and $90,000 per year.

What we're looking for

• 4 to 10 years of experience in construction or restoration project management
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean record for the past 5 years
• Ability to pass a background check (to age 18) and pre‑employment drug screening
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
• A strong sense of ownership, leadership, and a service‑oriented mindset
