Who We Are:

We’re partnering with an established construction and restoration company looking for an experienced Project Director to join their team. This is a key leadership role for someone who understands construction from the ground up but also knows how to manage the bigger picture—customers, field teams, subcontractors, schedules, budgets, and the financial success of each project. You’ll oversee multiple residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects while serving as a critical connection between the customer, field operations, and internal leadership.

What You’ll Do:
  • Oversee multiple construction and restoration projects simultaneously
  • Manage projects from initial scope through completion and collection
  • Coordinate Project Managers, subcontractors, field personnel, schedules, and job starts
  • Maintain strong communication with customers, adjusters, consultants, insurance representatives, and internal teams
  • Monitor project scope, budgets, labor, materials, schedules, and overall profitability
  • Provide leadership and direction to keep projects moving on time and within budget
  • Manage project payment terms and help drive collection of outstanding A/R
  • Coordinate emergency restoration services involving water, fire, smoke, and board-up work
  • Oversee permits, inspections, certifications, and project documentation
  • Use Salesforce for project management, forecasting, reporting, work orders, labor, and material tracking
  • Ensure OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company safety requirements are consistently followed
  • Visit active jobsites to evaluate progress, troubleshoot challenges, and support field teams
  • Identify issues early and take ownership of finding solutions
What’s In It for You:
  • $75,000-$90,000 salary DOE
  • Direct-hire opportunity
  • Established company with a strong pipeline of work
  • Leadership role with significant ownership over projects and results
  • Variety of residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional projects
  • Opportunity to stay connected to the field while moving into a higher-level leadership position
  • Fast-paced environment where your decisions make an immediate impact
  • Long-term opportunity with continued professional growth
What You Need to Have:
  • 3+ years of construction leadership, Superintendent, Project Management, or Project Director experience
  • Strong knowledge of structural construction and multiple phases of the construction process
  • Commercial and residential construction experience preferred
  • Ability to oversee multiple complex projects, teams, and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, labor, and materials
  • Strong customer-facing communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to confidently communicate with insurance representatives, adjusters, consultants, and customers
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Xactimate, and Salesforce
  • Insurance restoration experience is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of project financials, payment terms, and A/R
  • Ability to work in both an office environment and active jobsites
  • Willingness to travel locally and respond to occasional after-hours or emergency situations
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs. and wear a full or half-face respirator when required
Certifications/Licenses:
  • Current asbestos, lead, and mold certifications
  • IICRC AMRT Certification
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Certification
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Current environmental physical/medical clearance to wear a respirator
  • Forklift Operator Certification preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required

We’re looking for someone who can lead people, own the details, communicate with confidence, and keep projects financially and operationally on track. You should be equally comfortable walking a jobsite, talking with a customer, working through a project challenge, and reviewing the numbers behind the job.
