The PM acts as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to drive successful project completion and client satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years in construction management, strong communication, and proficiency in office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related technical field.
• 4+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple projects.
• OSHA regulations experience.
• Residential construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale restoration and construction projects to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion.
• Develop, review, and distribute detailed work orders and project documentation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing adjustments as needed.
• Conduct site assessments, prepare estimates and work orders, and oversee project planning and execution.
• Review contracts, scopes, procurement requirements, and project risks while supporting field operations and quality control.
• Enforce safety standards, maintain project documentation, and foster strong client relationships to support business growth.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, adjusters, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Overview
