Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects in Oregon. The role demands 4–10 years of construction or restoration PM experience, a valid Oregon driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug screening.

Strong communication and leadership are essential to coordinate crews, manage budgets, and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage full project schedules from start to finish.

• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and insurance representatives.
• Ensure jobs stay on budget, on schedule, and meet quality standards.
• Confirm subcontractor availability and scheduling needs.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date documentation within company systems.

Package

• Base Salary with commission with the potential to earn $70k-$90k per year.
