Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager at Construct Two Construction Managers dba Construct Two Group (CTG) in Orlando, FL. The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, cost, and construction functions related to project completion.
• Have complete knowledge of all contract and subcontract documents, drawings, and specifications.
• Develop quality control procedures and requirements within project documents.
• Understand the job estimate thoroughly and ensure drawings and specifications relate properly.
• Establish and maintain the master progress schedule, including key dates for decisions, design information, procurement, fabrication, and installation.
• Maintain effective relationships with the Owner, Architect, and Engineer, including regular meetings and updates on budget and project status.
• Ensure quality control procedures are established and maintained.
• Review drawings and specifications for design issues, impractical details, and code violations.
• Ensure all team members understand contract and subcontract requirements.
• Establish and monitor administrative procedures in line with company policies.
• Ensure compliance with insurance, safety, labor, equal employment opportunity, and tax requirements.
• Manage application for payments, ensuring proper submission, prompt receipt, and proper disbursement of funds.
• Keep management informed about project progress, financial status, and other key aspects.

Owner-Architect relations

• Seek assistance and counsel from Construct Two Group staff when needed.
