Job Overview

Define, plan and execute a project, coordinating tasks and teams and assuming a leadership role.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree, with common majors including Business Administration, Project Management, or Engineering, preferably.

3+ years of experience in managing utility-scale renewable &energy-proof infrastructure construction projects.

Knowledge of utility-scale renewable energyconstruction methods, costs, production rates, andcontract legal terms.

Responsibility

Define project objectives and scope, identifying internal and external stakeholder involvement

Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development and execution.

Manage staffing and other resources needed to maximize potential for success in projectexecution.

Conduct risk analysis to reduce obstacles and unforeseen costs.

Create a detailed schedule, project parameters, and budget expectations.

Conduct periodic reviews of scope, schedule, and costs using industry best practices to identifynecessary adjustments.

Measure project performance and progress throughout campaign execution.

Manage client and other stakeholder expectations to maintain productive and engagedrelationships.

Document project activities, obstacles, costs, and outcomes. Delegate project activities andtasks based on team members' strengths and expertise

Provide summary project plan documentation to department managers, clients, and otherstakeholders as needed.

Participate in ongoing learning to stay abreast of industry best practices, new technologies, andemerging standards.

Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver results on schedule and within budget.
