Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

In this role, you will be given the opportunity to work remotely from the head office. You will have the exciting opportunity to work on large scale commercial construction projects, in particular restaurants.

You will be a key member in the construction team in Florida. Your responsibilities will include overseeing job progress on assigned projects across Florida, managing on-site, and managing subcontractor and contractor relations.

The role:

• Overseeing assigned projects.
• Managing on-site and making regular job site inspections.

The Person:

• Happy to travel across Florida.
• Previous experience as a project manager or assistant project manager.
• Development background OR Engineering background looking to get into development.
• US Work Authorization
• A Valid Driving License.
