Job summary

LHH is seeking a Construction Project Manager for luxury residential projects in Fort Myers, FL. This on-site role will oversee 2–3 concurrent high-end builds, from pre-construction to closeout, coordinating with superintendents, estimators, and field crews to ensure schedule, budget, and quality targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in construction PM, strong experience in high-end residential work, and proven ability to manage multiple active projects while maintaining client

• 5–7+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• Strong background in high-end residential construction.
• Experience managing multiple active projects simultaneously.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Local to Fort Myers / Southwest Florida market.

Responsibilities

We are partnering with a well-established Florida general contractor specializing in luxury residential construction and select commercial projects across Lee County and the surrounding Gulf Coast.

This is an opportunity to join a growing, high-performance builder known for delivering complex, design-driven projects ranging from custom estates to $5M–$10M+ residential builds. The organization is in expansion mode, with a growing pipeline of high-end work and a strong reputation built on precision execution, accountability in the field, and long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage 2–3 concurrent high-end residential construction projects
• Oversee full project lifecycle: pre-construction through closeout
• Coordinate closely with superintendents, estimators, and field teams
• Drive schedule, budget, subcontractor performance, and quality control
• Serve as the central point of accountability across office and field execution
• Procore (primary project management platform)
• Sage + Timberline (accounting systems)
• Strong Procore experience is highly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Construction Project Management experience
• Strong background in high-end residential construction
• Experience managing multiple active projects simultaneously
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate project execution
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, builder-led environment
