Qualifications

• Strong Project Manager / Senior Project Manager experience with a reputable General Contractor.
• Ground-up high-rise or large-scale residential construction experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Strong understanding of budgets, contracts, buyout, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project management team on a major ground-up luxury high rise.
• Manage subcontractor buyout, contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement.
• Oversee project budgets, cost forecasting, pay applications, and financial performance.
• Coordinate closely with the Superintendent and field team to maintain schedule and execution.
• Manage relationships with ownership, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify potential schedule, cost, and constructability issues before they impact the project.
• Lead project meetings and ensure accountability across the entire project team.
• Mentor APMs, Project Engineers, and junior project management staff.
• Maintain the high level of quality expected on a luxury residential development.

Senior Project Manager | Luxury High Rise

One of the most exciting luxury condo projects currently underway in West Palm Beach.

This builder has established itself as a trusted construction partner for some of the most prominent developers in South Florida, with a strong track record of delivering complex, high-end residential projects throughout the region.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Senior Project Manager will be a key leader on the project and will take ownership of the job from a project management standpoint while working closely with field leadership, ownership, design teams, and subcontractors.

This is not a role where you’ll simply manage paperwork. They’re looking for someone who can lead the project, make decisions, solve problems, and drive execution.
