Job summary

Imperium Global is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial construction projects in Florida. You will drive from preconstruction through closeout, balancing schedule, budget, and client satisfaction.

You will oversee budgets, forecasts, subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, RFIs, submittals, and change orders while coordinating with owners, architects, and field leadership to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Strong Senior Project Manager or Project Manager experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience managing projects through the full construction lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of project financials, cost forecasting, scheduling and contract administration.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop project teams.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
• Experience managing subcontractors and complex project schedules.
• Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar construction management software.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final completion.

• Ensure projects meet company standards for safety, quality and client satisfaction.
• Support preconstruction, estimating and business development efforts when required.
• Manage multiple projects or a single large-scale project depending on size and complexity.

My client is an established General Contractor with a strong presence across Florida. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are looking to hire an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their commercial construction team.

They deliver a diverse portfolio of ground-up and renovation projects across healthcare, education, hospitality, retail, office, multifamily and mixed-use developments.

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of large and complex commercial construction projects.
