Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Modular Construction Project Manager in California to oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating clients, consultants, manufacturers, subcontractors, and field operations. You will ensure safety, on-schedule delivery, budget adherence, and high-quality outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in construction project management, with experience in modular/off-site construction preferred, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Experience with commercial, residential, multifamily, modular, prefab, or off-site construction projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls.
• Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships.
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.

• Prepare project updates and progress reports for ownership and clients.
