Job summary

Jobot is seeking a driven construction coordinator in Wisconsin/Kenosha to join a growing team delivering high-quality commercial, healthcare, and educational projects. You will collaborate with project managers, manage submittals and RFIs, and help drive schedules and budgets.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, 1–3 years in construction, and proficiency with Procore or MS Project; you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Manage project documentation, including submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, budgets, and reports.
