In need of an Owners rep. Construction/Project Manager with experience in Cement plant equipment or similar / equipment installs. Auxiliary equipment. Will be managing installations of Vertical Mill systems, bag houses, raw feed storage units, transport equipment and office building.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Owner's Representative – Construction/Project Manager to oversee and manage the installation of cement plant equipment and auxiliary systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy industrial or cement plant construction and possess hands-on experience managing the installation of complex systems such as vertical mills, bag houses, raw feed storage units, transport systems, and associated infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between ownership and contractors/vendors throughout the construction and installation phases.
• Oversee and coordinate the installation of:
• Vertical mill systems
• Bag houses
• Raw feed storage units
• Office and administrative buildings
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with project specifications, industry standards, safety regulations, and the project timeline.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and track deliverables to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings to maintain alignment across stakeholders.
• Identify and proactively resolve issues that may impact project quality, cost, or schedule.
• Manage documentation, reporting, and communication with all project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction or Project Manager in cement plant or heavy industrial construction.
• In-depth knowledge of cement manufacturing equipment and installation processes.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, permitting, and safety protocols.
• Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documents.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous roles as an Owner's Representative on large-scale industrial projects.
• Familiarity with both greenfield and brownfield industrial plant setups.
• Experience with both mechanical and civil works related to cement plants or similar environments.
